- In person during early voting : Sep 20 – Nov 4
- In-person at voting location on Election Day : Nov 5 close of polls
- Online : Oct 15 by 11:59 p.m. CDT
- By mail (received by) : Oct 15 by 5:00 p.m. CDT
MN Absentee ballot deadlines
- Request ballot (received by) : Nov 4
- Return ballot by mail (received by) : Nov 5 by 8:00 p.m. CST
