Hi, I’m Rachel Engel, a Corporate Business Development Specialist at Stiles Financial Services, where I support employers and their employees through our corporate retirement planning services, alongside Kristine. I enjoy building strong relationships with business owners and helping them design retirement plans that support the unique goals of their employees through personalized guidance and service.

Before joining Stiles, I spent six years at Thrivent, working with their mutual funds across several roles. The experience provided a strong foundation in financial services and deepened my appreciation for helping individuals and organizations plan for their financial futures, ultimately leading me to corporate retirement planning.

What attracted me to Stiles was the emphasis on building lasting relationships with clients and the highly personalized approach we take to wealth management and retirement planning. I appreciate being part of a team that helps clients navigate important financial decisions with confidence while delivering guidance tailored to their unique goals.

I graduated from The Blake School before continuing my education at Carleton College in Northfield, where I earned a degree in Art History. I now reside in Northeast Minneapolis with my energetic corgi, Day-Z (pronounced Daisy). Outside of work, I enjoy exploring local art galleries and restaurants, tending to my garden, taking on home improvement projects, and competing with my trivia team.

Feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss your company’s retirement plan—or if you’d like a tour of the artwork throughout the halls and offices of Stiles Financial. As the resident art history major, I’m happy to be your guide!
