Hi there! I’m Edgar Villegas, Business Operations Manager at Stiles Financial Services. I joined the firm in 2025 after spending some time with a Twin Cities-based RIA firm specializing in retirement planning.
I’ve spent the past seven or so years working across a range of roles in the financial industry, which has given me a deep appreciation for how strong operations can drive real impact. I’m passionate about building systems that help teams work smarter and more efficiently.
I grew up in Hood River, Oregon but now call Minneapolis home, where I live with my wife Emily and our two cats, Simba and Spice. I have a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) Outside of the office, I’m usually at sporting events, checking out a concert, or exploring new restaurants around the city.
