I joined Stiles Financial Services, Inc. as Office Administrator, bringing more than 36 years of experience in the financial services industry. In my role, I support the day-to-day operations of the office and work closely with both clients and advisors to help ensure they receive responsive, organized, and dependable service.
Over the years, I’ve seen a great deal of change in our industry, but one thing has remained constant: people want to be heard, helped, and treated with respect. That belief guides the way I approach my work every day. I strive to be accurate, accountable, and dependable because I know trust is built through consistent actions, attention to detail, and following through on commitments. My goal is to make every interaction a positive one and help create confidence and peace of mind for our clients and team.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of operational and client service roles, giving me a broad understanding of the financial services industry and the importance of strong support behind the scenes. That experience helps me anticipate needs, navigate challenges efficiently, and provide thoughtful solutions. I understand that behind every account, transaction, and request is a person, and I want every client to feel valued, supported, and well cared for.
Outside of work, family is at the center of my life. My husband and I have been married for 24 years and live in Roseville with our two dogs. We enjoy spending time with our two adult daughters whenever we can. Whether at work or at home, I am motivated by building meaningful relationships, supporting others, and making a positive difference in the lives of those around me.
